Who can use doodli

doodli is intended to be used by adults (parents/guardians) on behalf of their children. By creating an account, you confirm you are an adult and that you're responsible for any content or names entered on behalf of a child.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You can delete your account at any time from inside the app or by contacting support — this permanently removes your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Doodles and purchases

Doodles are story credits used within the app; one Doodle is spent each time a story is generated and played. Doodles have no cash value outside the app and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for cash. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are subject to Apple's and Google's own refund policies; purchases made directly are subject to Stripe's processing terms. All sales are final except where required otherwise by law, and once any Doodle from a pack or subscription allowance has been used, that pack or billing period is no longer eligible for a refund.

AI-generated content

Stories, narration, and drawing prompts are generated automatically using third-party AI models. While doodli is designed to produce warm, age-appropriate, non-violent content, AI output can occasionally be unpredictable. Please review stories before sharing them further, and contact support if a story seems inappropriate so we can investigate.

Acceptable use

Don't use doodli to generate or share harmful, abusive, or illegal content, attempt to disrupt the service, or access other users' accounts or data.

Content ownership

You may use the stories and audio doodli generates for personal, non-commercial use, such as sharing with family. We may use anonymized, aggregated information about app usage to improve doodli.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. You may stop using doodli and delete your account at any time.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

doodli is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; continued use of doodli after changes means you accept the updated terms.
